Alternatively, he permitted them to dry themselves with a towel and place it in the bathhouse window, like the Tana Kama.

Rabeinu Yehonasan did have the word "v'Chen" in his Mishnah. He explained that this is part of the previous Halachah in the Mishnah; that is, two Deyota'os are like a Chatzer and Achsadra and may be joined to make up an area containing Se'asayim.
