Later, on Shabbos, Yossie and his family all stood around the dining room table singing Sholom Aleichem. Yossie noticed how beautiful everything looked. The laichter and bechers sparkled. The windows were as clean as could be. The shoes were bright and shiny, and not a speck of dust was anywhere to be seen. The house was full of the delicious aroma of the special Shabbos foods.
