The
"Ultimate Goal",
the goal of all goals is to be G-dlike, to resemble the Creator
Himself, to be a divine being -- a powerhouse of creativity, action and
success:
Confidence is a marvelous tool. The more
confident we are, the easier we do things. To feel good about whom we are and
what we do, makes for greater success. This is true no matter what project we
undertake, for sure to live as G‑dlike beings. How do we tap into such
confidence? What makes for intelligent self-expression? We can't after all, be
foolish.
No person walks on air. He must stand on
something. Physically, we know, his feet are on the ground. But in terms of his
emotional wellbeing, what does he stand on?
As children, we trust in our parents. With
perfect certainty, we believe they will give us whatever we need. Even when they
say no, we trust them that this for the best. But as adults what do we trust in?
Can we rely purely on our own intelligence and strength? Our family and friends?
Our skills and work experience? Our savings and investments? While all these
help build our confidence, they are limited, flawed. We need something more
powerful. This power lies in the heavens themselves.
The more real the upper worlds are to us, the
easier it is for us connect with them. The more we trust in their presence,
their power, the simpler it is to follow their paths. Moreover, since the
ultimate goal is to be G‑dlike, this goal must include a more powerful trust in
His Presence, and desire to help us.
We need therefore, to strengthen our faith in
the upper worlds. We need to work on seeing the Power, speaking to this Power,
and enhance its influence in our world.
