Selfless On the subject of Good and Evil, we know that two extremes exist, an absolute good and an absolute evil, with a whole range of combinations in-between the two. Likewise, in terms of Selflessness and Selfishness, we understand that two extremes exist, with an entire chain of combinations in-between. In addition, we see that absolute selfishness is very gross, very lowly. Someone who thinks only about himself, never considering anyone else's needs, is an inferior person -- definitely someone we need to avoid. Accordingly, Selflessness must be the highest of attributes, something lofty, powerful -- a quality we attribute to the Creator of all.
