Sukah 6
1)
(a) According to Rebbi Chanin, the entire Pasuk (of "Eretz Chitah u'Se'orah"
etc.) comes to teach us the various Shiurim. What is the difference
between someone who enters a house stricken with Tzara'as *carrying*
clothes, shoes or rings, and someone who enters *wearing* them?
(b) Which kind of bread does a 'Kedei Achilas Peras' refer to, and how is it
eaten?
(c) What is the Shiur Tum'ah for a bone from a dead man...
- ... regarding *touching*?
- ... regarding being under the same *Ohel*?
2)
(a) If the Shiur Revi'is for a Nazir does not refer to the amount of wine
that a Nazir needs to drink to be Chayav, then what *does* it refer to?
(b) Why is the displacement Shiur given as a Revi'is of *wine*, rather than
of *water*? What is the difference between them?
(c) In what connection is the Shiur of "Te'einah" said?
(d) Rav Chanin Darshened "Rimon" in connection with Tum'as Keilim. Why is
there a difference between private vessels and commercial ones in this
regard?
3)
(a) How did Rav Chanin Darshen "Eretz Zeis-Shemen"?
(b) And in what connection did he Darshen "u'Devash"?
(c) How do we know that this Pasuk is only an Asmachta and not really
d'Oraysa?
4)
(a) What do we learn from the Pasuk in Tazri'a "ve'Rachatz ba'Mayim es *Kol
Besaro*"?
(b) How do we reconcile this with Rav, who said that Chatzitzin are Halachah
le'Moshe mi'Sinai?
(c) What do we learn from "*es* Kol Besaro"?
(d) But did we not just say that Chatzitzah by hair is 'Halachah le'Moshe
mi'Sinai'?
5)
(a) According to Rav Yitzchak, is a knot in *one* hair a Chatzitzah or not?
(b) How about ...
- ... *three* hairs that are tied together?
- ... *two*?

6)
(a) Why did the Rabbanan decree by ...
- ... 'Rubo she'Eino Makpid?
- ... 'Mi'ut ha'Makpid'?
(b) Why might they have also decreed on Mi'ut she'Eino Makpid?
(c) Why did they not do so?
7)
Rebbi Meir above, learnt the Shiur of the lid of the Aron from the Misgeres.
How does he then interpret the 'Mechitzin' that are Halachah le'Moshe
mi'Sinai?
8)
(a) According to the Tana Kama, a Sukah may comprise two regular walls and
the third of even one Tefach. What does Rebbi Shimon say?
(b) How does the Tana Kama learn this from "ba'Sukos" "ba'Sukos" "ba'Sukos",
only one of which has a 'Vav' (to make it plural).
(c) How does Rebbi Shimon, who holds 'Yesh Eim le'Mikra', learn from the
same Pasuk that a Sukah must have three full walls and the fourth, of a
Tefach?
9)
(a) The Tana Kama might even agree with Rebbi Shimon that 'Yesh Eim
le'Mikra'. How would he then learn from the same Pasuk that a Sukah of two
walls and a Tefach will suffice?
(b) How could Rebbi Shimon learn three walls and a Tefach, even if he were
to hold 'Yesh Eim li'Mesores'?
(c) And how is it possible for him to hold both that the 'Halachah' comes to
detract and 'Yesh Eim li'Mesores', and still require three walls plus one of
a Tefach?
(d) According to Rav Masna, Rebbi Shimon's reasoning is from a Pasuk in
Yeshayah. What does the Pasuk say there?
10)
(a) According to Rav, where does one place the wall of a Tefach, and how is
it placed?
(b) Rav Kahana and Rav Asi asked Rav why the third Tefach-wall should not be
placed 'Keneged Rosh Tor'. What does this mean? What is the advantage of
placing it like that?
(c) What did Rav reply?
