If he then changes his mind, and decides to revert to its original use,
will he be Chayav for carrying it back inside?

away the commodity and then carried it out - when he could have simply
stated a case where he simply carried out a minute amount specifically for
sowing, as a sample or for a cure - even without having stored it first?
